Return Process

  Log into your Zandu Care account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are attached and the items are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
